The UFII/UFBI Lecture room has a seating capacity of 50 people (theatre-style). Space can be set up theatre/classroom, workshop or meeting.
- The room has a ceiling projector with retractable wall screen. Presenters may log in and use the on-site computer, bring your own laptop, or connect with a USB Drive. The room contains HDMI, VGA and Apple connection cables. The room has multiple wall outlets and multi-use floor outlets. Surge protectors with six plugs are available.
- There is a variety of seating options. Workshops work well with rows of tables and chairs that can see the instructor while working on laptops. 24 participants fit comfortably, but the space can been stretched to 32. For presentations, lectures and speakers, the theatre/classroom set up with rows of chairs can accommodate a large crowd (45-60). If you have a committee meeting where you want everyone to have face-to-face, direct interaction with the other participants, U-shape or rectangle set up of tables and chairs is very successful.
